Directions to Cheshire High School

From Route I-84 East or Westbound: Follow I-84 to Exit 27 (Route I- 691). Take Exit 3 off I-691 (Cheshire, Route 10). At end of exit ramp make right turn onto Route 10 South. Follow Route 10 for approximately 5 miles to Cheshire High School (on your right); See below for bus/truck, judge, and spectator directions. From Route I-91 Southbound: Take Exit 18 (Route I-691 West, Meriden-Waterbury). Take Exit 3 (Cheshire, Route 10). At end of exit ramp make left turn onto Route 10 South. Follow Route 10 for approximately 5 miles to Cheshire High School (on your right); See below for bus/truck, judge, and spectator directions. From Route I-95 North or South: Take Exit 48 at New Haven (Route I-91 North). Follow I-91 North to Exit 10 (Route 40 Cheshire). Follow Route 40 to its end and bear right onto Route 10 North. Follow Route 10 for approximately 8 miles to Cheshire High School (on your left); See below for bus/truck, judge, and spectator directions.
SPECTATOR PARKING Some parking is available on the school grounds, primarily on the sides and back of the building. Parking attendants will guide you as necessary. Additional parking is available in satellite lots at various businesses along Route 10, a short walk to Show. Signs are posted at these lots. Map of Local Parking for Spectators BUSES AND EQUIPMENT TRUCKS ARRIVING AT CHS From traffic light at Cheshire High School turn either right (coming from south) or left (coming from north) and follow driveway into Bartlem Park where Band and instrument players and instruments will be unloaded for Loud practice. After check in; Color Guard & Equipment and Pit & Equipment will be guided back to the Youth Center across street for Loud practice. Then Buses and Trucks will be directed to final parking off Elmwood Drive behind the football field. We recommend that any visuals or props not used for practice be loaded in pit truck so they will come off the truck last. This will make it easy to assemble those non-critical items, (items needed on field during the show only) on the practice field near the gate. JUDGES ONLY From traffic light at Cheshire High School follow driveway up past tennis courts, ask parking attendant for Judges Parking at side of school near band room. Enter through set of red doors; take right into auditorium. Judges Room will be in the auditorium.
