Dear Parents,


Thank you for coming out to support the Ram Band over the weekend!  We are very proud of our students' level of achievement and the great work they have done throughout the season!


Here is some information regarding the Nationals trip this weekend. A detailed schedule of the day will come out soon, but we wanted to give you some information early in the week.


1. Estimated departure time from CHS on Saturday is 1pm. We will be placing a Subway order for a late lunch  (eat approximately 3pm) on the bus down to Nationals. Please have your order form and $ in by Tuesday end of rehearsal. Order form attached. Both students and parents who will be traveling with the band can order Subway. Alternately, please bring a lunch for your child to bring on the bus. Please also ensure that your child has a water bottle and a snack.


2. Tickets for Nationals are $30.00 at the discount price. Mrs. Hendry has 100 tickets to sell in advance. If she receives requests for tickets over the 100, we can request additional tickets from USBands at $30.00 each. If you purchase at the door, the ticket price is $35.00.


3. On Tuesday evening at 7pm, the BPA will host a meeting in the old band room to review the prices for the spectator bus (52 seats) and the plan for dinner after the band performs. You are more than welcome to provide your child with his/her own dinner to eat after performance. We are estimating the price for food (to include all parents who are on the spectator bus, pit crew and chaperones) to be $8.00 per person. If you are not riding the spectator bus and would like to have dinner with the band, you have this option as well.  The BPA will also provide water for the dinner meal.


4. Mrs. Hendry will have tickets and will be ready to accept payment at the end of the meeting on Tuesday for other items.


Please do your best to attend the meeting. We will have forms, full details of the options, and will be able to answer your questions. We will send out the information after the meeting to all parents in case you are not able to attend the meeting. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
