4-Nov-15: Important Update regarding Nationals and tickets

Dear all, it’s me again with some important updates for Nationals:

As of 10:22pm tonight, we have sold all of the tickets we have been issued by USBands. 100 seats – go BPA!!!  The link to order online is now closed.  The tickets were sold, first come, first served and were provided to parents of band members first.  I will contact US Bands to see if we are able to obtain more as we did have a few people who are not parents or who placed their orders late (time stamped), that will need to purchase tickets at the door for $36.00.  I will notify these individuals directly after I have spoken with USBands. 

We sold 45 bus tickets – we have 10 left if anyone prefers to take the bus, please email me directly.  I will sell those first come first serve.

We still have MANY of the band members who have not completed an order for food for tailgate.  As this is the dinner meal on Saturday, please make sure that your band member orders a meal.  I will post a list of those band members that do not have an order in yet tomorrow during practice.  Here is the link for the band members:


If you have not already contacted Audra regarding your food account balance, please plan to pay the total that will be on your envelope at pick up.  Any remaining balances will be available to apply toward pizza on the November 13th.  Now that we are not going to Allentown, we are playing at the game.  Any remaining food balances will be returned at the banquet in December.  Pizza order link is up on ramband.com.  

The envelopes are all prepared and will be ready for pick up starting at 8pm Thursday in the old band room.  We will also be there Friday at 5:15 pm in the old band room.  Anyone who does not pick up envelope either of those two dates, we will be available on Saturday at drop off as well.  Saturday is going to be busy so it would be great if you could pick up your envelopes by Friday.  Please make your check payable to “CHSBPA” or bring cash for the amount due.  We have listed the amount due on the envelopes so that will be available when you pick up.  Email me with any questions.

For anyone who will be driving to the event, there is no charge for parking.  You will be directed to Spectator Parking – you will not be able to park with the band.  The bands will be parking in Lot G.  To find us, just look for the sea of red coats.
