Dear all, 


I hope that everyone is enjoying our last summer days and that the first week of school is off to a great start!  The BPA and Board have been busy getting things moving for the season.  We plan to send weekly updates via email to ensure that you are aware of important events and information coming up.  Of course, you can always review the latest news and information at www.ramband.com

Our 2015 student-designed show logo has been selected.  This will be on our show shirts and programs for the season.  Click on the link here to view it: http://www.ramband.com/marching-ram-band.

Important Dates:


Thursday September 3rd at 7:15pm Chaperone Meeting in Band Room, for those who signed up for the fall competitions and football games.  An invite email to all who signed up via volunteer form went out Sunday.  If you did not sign up and wish to chaperone this season, please feel free to attend the meeting.  For those who signed up for the elementary school tour, you are also welcome to attend this meeting.  The list of all who volunteered has been provided to Phil Unger, Head Chaperone.

Saturday September 12, 2015 8am – 2pm CHSMRB Tag and Bake Sale (Attachment)

  • Donations for Tag Sale can be dropped off Tuesday Sept 8th or Thursday Sept 10th 

  • Need volunteers to bake and work at the tag sale!  Please contact:

1.   Forms for food orders for lunch and dinner on competition day, Friday night games.

2.   Music In Motion information meeting, ad sales request and kick off date – we received many volunteers via forms.  THANK YOU.  I’m gathering the information so we can organize and mobilize the troops!
