Hello everyone:

Final planning for the Winter Guard & Winter Percussion Winter Exhibition Show is underway.  The show begins at 7:00pm on the 7th of April at the CHS East Gym.  Doors open at 6:15 pm.  The program includes:

  • Meryl Campbell:  CHS Feature Twirler

  • CT Tigers:  CT Tigers is an independent Winter Guard for students with special needs.  Six of our Cheshire Winter Guard along with other guard members from Connecticut volunteer to share their love of guard with CT Tigers.  They perform at guard competitions, Special Olympics and most recently performed their show "Fireworks" during half-time at Monday Night's NCAA UCONN game at the Webster Arena in front of 10,000 fans!

  • CHS Winter Percussion:  Performing their show "The Writing's on the Wall"

  • CHS Winter Guard:  Performing their show "White"

A few reminders:

Set Up begins at 5:00pm.  Help is needed in the café moving tables and chairs.  Anyone that can help would be appreciated.  We also need help cleaning up, this entails putting everything back the way we found it and sweeping the cafe.  Again, all help is appreciated.  We have a Sign-Up Genius posted on ramband.com on the Volunteer Sign-Ups page.  We need parent volunteers to help us with some very easy tasks for this fundraiser, and you won’t miss the show.  Please visit the website, or click here to sign up:   www.SignUpGenius.com/go/20F0F4BAEAA2AA4FF2-472016

We are trying to get a head count of tickets sold for the show.  Please turn in money for the tickets sold as follows:

  • Winter Guard:  Please give to Alysha DeGennaro at practice on Thursday, March 31st.

  • Winter Percussion:  Please give to Mr. Campbell at practice on Thursday, March 31st.

Please keep selling tickets!

Ads are due on Thursday, March 31st.  For Winter Guard and Percussion, please bring forms and monies for any ads that you sold on Thursday to practice.   Shout outs for the book are a great way to recognize your show member!  We will also be featuring Shout-Out Air Grams the night of the show.  This is the chance to recognize your student or your friend at their “home” show!

Gift Baskets for the “Take a Chance” raffle can be dropped off Thursday night before the show.

Please join us.  Bring your family, friends and neighbors.  We’re looking forward to an exciting show!

Thank you, and please contact me if you have any questions.
