26-Oct-16: CHSMRB Revised Schedule

posted Oct 26, 2016, 10:34 PM by Mark Nowicki   [ updated Oct 26, 2016, 10:34 PM ]

Dear Parents and Students:

Due to the schedule change for Friday night rehearsal, the eBoard has made the following adjustments to the events planned for this Friday:

1.  We will hold the Trunk or Treat event in the lower parking lot near the practice field after the end of rehearsal and the equipment is put away at approximately 9:30 – 10:00 p.m.

2.  In lieu of the Kooks and Spooks night, the BPA will pick up pizza that was planned for the event, as an option for the dinner break.  Several students have already placed an order for Kooks and Spooks and we will transfer that to the pizza dinner.  If you would like to participate in pizza this Friday night for dinner (it is optional and students can bring their own dinner or it can be dropped off), please use the form attached to order and place the form and payment in an envelope with your name on it, into the Forms Drop Box in the band hallway no later than the end of rehearsal Thursday night.

Thank you for your understanding.
