Food Service Orders

The Food Service Program is a service is run by the CHSBPA to assist band member families during the busy Marching Band Season with dinner and lunch on home football game nights and competition days. Participation in the Food Service Program is not mandatory. For your convenience, you have the option to order for the entire season and pay in advance, or manage on a week-by-week basis (see forms and schedule attached). Please note: Friday and Saturday can be very long days and it is extremely important whether you elect to purchase meals through the program or not, that your student has healthy snacks, a water bottle, and meals as needed.

Students have the opportunity to purchase pizza for dinner before each home football game on Friday night. Students are welcome to bring dinner or to have a parent drop it off at the school by 5pm. Students will not be able to leave the school to have dinner.

Students have the opportunity to purchase Subway for lunch/dinner on Saturday’s during the season because of the long day of rehearsal and travel to performances. Students are welcome to bring their own food for meals on Saturday for lunch/dinner or to bring cash with them to purchase food at the competition. Parents are also welcome to drop food off at lunchtime. We typically depart the school between 2:00pm and 3:00pm depending on the location and time of the performance however, this is subject to change. Subway will be disbursed on the bus trip to the competitions. Students will not be able to leave the school to have lunch/dinner.


    

Advance Order and Purchase Option:

If you would like to order advance purchase for the entire season of meals, please complete the advance purchase form(s) (6 or 6a) for the number of orders you wish. Please place the form(s) and payment in the lock box in an envelope labeled with your student’s name by the date indicated on the form. Please note: while you are able to advance purchase and order, a separate form for each week must be filled out for Subway orders in order to assist Subway and the chaperones with delivering the correct sandwich to the student on competition day.

Week-to-Week Order and Purchase Option:

If you would like to participate in Friday Pizza Dinner or Saturday Subway Lunch/Dinner, or both, please complete and submit the appropriate form (6b or 6c), with the required payment, by the Tuesday due dates indicated on the forms attached. Please place the form(s) and payment (checks made payable to CHSBPA-Food Service) in the lock box, by Tuesday each week, in an envelope labeled with your student’s name.
