1. CANCELING THE BPA MEETING THIS WEEK (Sept 10th 7:30) DUE TO OPEN HOUSE NIGHT! STAY TUNED FOR A RESCHEDULE DATE, LIKELY NEXT WEEK, as a Music In Motion Planning Meeting
2. An email should have arrived yesterday from Pam Gomez, our food coordinator extraordinaire! She included the link to the form for ordering Subway lunch for this Saturday the 12th. Shortly you will receive a similar email from Pam regarding Pop’s Pizza order for Friday night.

Tuesday September 8th Drop off Donations for the Tag Sale at the green trailer near the practice field.
Tuesday September 8th Sewing Circle 7pm in Jazz Band Room, bring needle and black thread if you have them!
Tuesday September 8th BPA Board Meeting.
Thursday September 10th Drop off Donations for the Tag Sale at the green trailer near the practice field.
Friday September 11th Band Performance at Half Time CHS Football Game
5:45 p.m. Dinner break for Marching Band
6:30 p.m. Pep Band members not in Marching Band Report
7:00 p.m. Assemble in stands
8:15 p.m. (approx) Halftime Performance - Marching Ram Band
9:30 p.m. (approx) Collect all music stands, flip folders, personal items, & trash, then form parade block & march back to Band Room
9:45 p.m. Put All Instruments and equipment away/dismissed
Saturday September 12th Band Performance at the Fall Festival
9:45 a.m. arrival Dress in khaki pants and white shirt
10:45 a.m. March over to Bartlem
11:00 a.m. Perform
12:15-1:00 p.m. Lunch
1:00 – 4:45 p.m. Rehearsal
5:00 p.m. Dismissed
Saturday September 12th 10am-5pm CHSMRB Mattress Sale CHS Commons
For students, please go to http://goo.gl/forms/c8ecWcS4Ps and complete and submit the Google form with the contact info of the two individuals you will invite to attend the Mattress Sale. Every student who has two mattresses or more sold, in their name, will receive a $150 pillow as well as $50 to their account. The referral fee per mattress sold is $25 for the first two sales and then $50 for the third sale on up. Remember to ask folks if they have any mattresses they would like to replace!
