Thank you to all of the parents who helped chaperone, move equipment and cheer on the band!! Our pit and props crew continue to make this happen and we know they are the best !! Make sure you view the video of the performance at: http://www.ramband.com/marching-ram-band/competitions/oct-24th-2015-southington

A letter of thanks and a receipt for any ad, sponsorship, or donation for Music In Motion will be sent out before the end of this month. If you receive any questions from donors, please reassure them that it will be coming!
Sign-up genius for the Train Show taking place November 22 is up on ramband.com. Sign-up sheets for the band members will be out in the band room area.
Car Magnet Fundraiser Please check your band/guard members boxes on Tuesday for order forms for Car Magnet Sales. Attached to the order form is a picture of what the magnets look like. We also sold them at Music in Motion. Magnets are $6 each, and money should be collected with the order. Please return the orders along with payment to Tina Allen or orders can be placed in the band forms box. If placing in box, please mark your envelope “Car Magnets.” Make sure you have your name and contact info on the orders. Tina will fill the orders as placed.
Lyman Orchard Pies The order for the Lyman Orchard Pies has been placed. Thanks to everyone’s efforts, we sold a little over 200 pies! The pies will be delivered on Thursday, November 12th. They will be ready for distribution by 6:30 pm and must be picked up on that day, as we have no freezer space to store them. I will remind you again of the date for pick up as it gets closer.
Stay tuned for more information regarding Nationals on Saturday November 7th. The BPA Board will meet Tuesday October 27th to put together final details. Again, we will spend some time on this at the General Membership Meeting and will send out information for those who cannot attend. Options to travel to the show and tailgate with the band will be sent out soon.
Thank you for
your continued energy and support!
Go Ram Band and BPA!!
