Pasta & Jazz is a mere five days away and the weather forecast is looking good for Friday!
First of all we've secured approximately $500 worth of items for our basket/gift certificate raffles/giveaways, but are still far less than previous years. We need people to please put on their thinking caps and add some more items to this great addition of the event. If you would like to add a basket or gift certificate or know of a business that would like to add an item please contact Yuan Ratliff at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please take a look to refresh your memory of the time and position you signed up for as well as the items you signed up to bring. If there are any problems, you do have the ability to change it.
Again, we ask that everyone send in 3 bottles of soda and 3 dozen baked good. The soda can be dropped off Tuesday night or brought on Friday with the dessert.
We will be arriving at the school at 3:00 pm to begin set-up. If your student can stay after school to help set-up, that will also be very helpful. We are willing to sign slips for volunteer hours for anyone doing set-up that is not required by Mr. C. This includes students not in the Jazz band.
For tickets, please see one of our Jazz students or you can purchase your ticket at the door. Again, $15/Adult and $10/Senior Citizens and Students. If you have not already submitted your payment, please do so as soon as possible. Ticket money can be given CJ Andes on Tuesday or Dave or I on Tuesday evening at the final prep meeting for the event at 8 pm in the band room.
