I thought it was important to do a mid-week email as we have a few updates.

To set up advance pay for food order, please visit this link or view the Food Service Orders page on ramband.com.  To clarify, food service orders should be paid by check.  If you prefer to or must use cash, it will only be accepted in an envelope marked Food Service Order with the Band Member’s name and deposited into the Forms Box by the close of the day Thursday for food to be purchased for that week (or to advance pay).  https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12LjibXtOFmEVOXx0NaIoetX4b5JXGKX_dqzvdT7GAZQ/edit?usp=sharing

 

The schedule for our first competition has been posted http://www.ramband.com/marching-ram-band/competitions/sept-19-2015-maloney.  There has been a slight change to the performance time, but we will be leaving the school at the same time.  Please come out dressed in red to cheer on our band!  We still have open spots for pit crew, field prop crew, and chaperones.  Please visit the Parent Volunteer page of you are able to help out.

 

Please look for the email I sent this week regarding ads and sponsorships for Music in Motion.  Thank you for the responses I have already received.  I will be sending out confirmation of who has volunteered to approach the businesses on the list.

 

The Board of Directors has confirmed that the cost of Dry Cleaning is budgeted and paid for by the Board of Education.  Therefore, the BPA will be returning these funds if collected.  You have three options in order of preference:

 

1.     Roll the $9.00 fee into your band members’ food service account

2.     Request the check to be returned to you or destroyed by Friday Sept 18th.  If you do not reply with a request, we will move the money to the food service account

 

Please remind your band member to have their uniform pants, black socks, marching shoes, and black t-shirts for the performance on Friday!  Show shirts should be here on Friday!!!
