Welcome to the week of the first competition! I hope that you were able to see the band perform at the Fall Festival. They did a great job! Special thanks to the parents who helped to move the band to and from Bartlem Park. We appreciate the extra hands! It was a hot day. I also want to thank the crew who worked on the field trailer – I heard it looks amazing and we can actually see what is in there. It was a hot day so the efforts are doubly appreciated. I’m looking forward to this weekend and the band’s debut competition. Here is some important information for this week. This week the orders for Saturday Subway are due by Thursday at the start of rehearsal because it is the first week we are launched. Going forward, the forms for both Subway and Pizza Orders are due on the Tuesday prior (as indicated on the forms). Please make sure to have your order and payment placed by the due date to ensure we are able to order and deliver it on time! Much appreciated!
Note: you are able to advance purchase for the season or purchase week to week. Instructions are provided with the forms. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Brenda Campbell or one of the executive committee.

Planning is well underway for our home show! It will be here before we know it. 18 bands will be there and we need all of the helping hands we can get.
