Here are some important schedule updates which are now posted to the Music Dept. Calendar:

 

Friday, September 9 (Section/Group Photos/Rehearsal)

2:15 p.m. Report/Change into Uniform
2:30 p.m. Section Photos

4:00 p.m.  Group Photo

4:30 p.m. Rehearsal in full uniform
5:30 p.m. Change out of Uniform/Put All Equipment/Instruments Away
Approx 5:45 p.m. Dismissed

 

Saturday, September 10 (Fall Festival Performance/Rehearsal)

9:45 a.m. Report 

Dress:  White Polo Shirt & Khakis

10:00 a.m. Rehearsal

10:45 a.m. March to Bartlem Park

11:00 a.m. Performance at Fall Festival

11:30 a.m. Lunch (Change into rehearsal dress)

12:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Rehearsal

5:45 p.m. Put all equipment/instruments away, Dismissed

 

Saturday, September 17 (Rehearsal/US Bands Show @ Falcon Field, Meriden)

9:45 a.m. Report

10:00 a.m. Rehearsal

12:00 p.m. Lunch

12:30 p.m. Rehearsal - Main Turf Field

3:45 p.m. Load Trucks at Main Field

4:00 p.m. Change into Uniforms

4:15 p.m. Load Buses

4:45 p.m. Depart CHS

5:20 p.m.  Arrive Falcon Field/Bathrooms/Warm-Up

7:20 p.m. Performance

8:00 p.m. Load Trucks

8:20 p.m. Awards

9:20 p.m. Load Buses/Depart

10:20 p.m. Arrive CHS/Put all equipment/instruments away/Dismissed

Friday, September 23 (Rehearsal/Home Football Game vs. Sheehan)

2:15 p.m. Report
2:30 p.m. Rehearsal

5:45 p.m. Dinner Break for Marching Ram Band - Change Into Uniforms

6:15 p.m. Pep Band members not in Marching Band Report
6:30 p.m. Form-Up Parade Block & march to field
6:45 p.m. Assemble in stands
7:00 p.m. Kick-Off - Perform Pep Band Charts during 1st Half
Approx 8:15 p.m. Halftime Performance - Marching Ram Band 
3rd Quarter - Break
2 Minutes Remaining on game clock in 3rd Quarter - Report back to stands
Perform Pep Band charts for remainder of game.
Approx 9:30 p.m. Collect all music stands, flip folders, personal items, & trash, then form parade block & march back to Band Room
Approx 9:45 p.m. Put All Instruments/Equipment Away/Dismissed

 

Saturday, September 24 (Rehearsal/US Bands Show @ New Milford HS)

9:45 a.m. Report

10:00 a.m. Rehearsal - Main Turf Field

12:00 p.m. Lunch

12:30 p.m. Rehearsal - Main Turf Field

3:45 p.m. Load Trucks - Main Field

4:00 p.m. Load Buses

4:20 p.m. Depart CHS

5:20 p.m. Arrive/Bathrooms/Warm-Up

7:20 p.m. Gate Time

7:35 p.m. Performance

8:00 p.m. Load Trucks

9:00 p.m. Awards

10:00 p.m. Load Buses/Depart

11:30 p.m. Arrive CHS/Put all equipment away/Dismissed
